A trace that fails doesn't count, and nor does tracing the same image again within 7 days.
- What counts against my plan?
- Each image traced counts once, whether you trace it on its own or in a site scan. An image traced again within 7 days doesn't count again, and a trace that fails doesn't count.
- How big a site can I scan?
- Free scans take up to 20 images; Pro scans up to 1,000 at a time (it reads the site's sitemap, or follows its links). A bigger site can be scanned in parts: images already traced in the last 7 days aren't counted again.
- What does watching a site do?
- Pro watches up to 3 sites. Each week it traces the images added since the last run and emails you when one is on a paid stock site or widely published.
- How does the free week work?
- It comes with the yearly plan: add a card, nothing is charged for 7 days, and the week includes 100 images. Cancel before it ends from your account page and you pay nothing.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
