Terms of service

Trace Any Image (https://traceanyimage.com) is operated by Wikivec Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”). By connecting Trace Any Image to an AI assistant or using this website you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account, including the images and sites you submit.

What the service does

Trace Any Image searches the web for an image you upload or link to (using Google Cloud Vision) and reports where it found it, with one of four verdicts: paid stock found, free source found, widely published with the owner unknown, or not found (or only on a few sites). A scan does the same for the images on a website. The verdicts describe where an image appears; they never establish that you may or may not use it. Search coverage is incomplete, so an image can be licensed even when no stock page is found. Evidence of where the image appears, not legal advice. Whether you may use an image depends on the license you hold.

Acceptable use

• Scan only websites you run, or run for a client who asked you to.
• Don't use the service to identify, locate, track or profile people, or to find where a person's photos appear.
• Don't submit images you have no right to share with us, or that are unlawful to possess.
• Don't submit links to X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads or Pinterest; the service doesn't fetch them.
• Report links can be opened by anyone who has them. Share them only with people who should see the results.
• Don't try to get around usage limits, for example with many accounts, resell results as a data feed, or disrupt the service.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes 20 images a month. Pro includes 1,000 images a month and weekly scans of up to 3 watched sites. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free week that includes 100 images; you add a card at the start and are charged when the week ends unless you cancel before. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

Availability

The service depends on third parties (the AI assistant you use, Google and our hosting providers) and may be interrupted or changed. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for license fees, claims or damages arising from your use of any image.
